- Continuing to build trust and connections within and across law enforcement and communities
- Participants deepen their listening and understanding of each other’s perspectives and experiences
- Continue to create an inviting “middle space” where all are welcome regardless of different perspectives
- Co-creating goals based on emerging issues/opportunities
